I had the greatest pleasure helping Robyn & Jered plan their Wedding with just a few weeks notice and as you will agree I am sure this glance from Jered says it all! They were accompanied by their closest family, many of whom had never visited Tofino before but they all agree that they would like to make this an annual family trip now. Everyone stayed at the wonderful Cox Bay Beach Resort that has the perfect inside location as a rain back-up plan.
I had my first experience working with local photographer Marnie Recker and will definitely recommend her again, she has an uncanny ease with the guests, a good eye for the “special moments” and open to adventure as you can tell because the bride and groom brought props to continue on with their vintage style wedding. Local Anglican Minister Joan Scandrett officiated with care and attention to detail, having previously skyped with Robyn and Jered to work on their marriage vows.
For dinner, Long Beach Lodge with it’s amazing view was the restaurant of choice.
After the crazy winter weather we have had up until very recently, I must say I am very thankful for the fantastic sunshine today–I even have a bit of a sunburn. My job is made so much easier due to the fact that for a small town we have incredibly talented service providers who are willing to go the extra mile to ensure that couples in love get the Wedding they deserve and with my help it is all stress-free!

Suzanne I don’t know what we would have done without you! You made sure we had the exact wedding we were hoping for, put us in contact with exactly who we needed, and even made the sun come out for the ceremony! Couldn’t have asked for a better wedding and can’t wait to come back to Tofino.
